Please enjoy using this web log (or blog for short) as a fun means of sharing information and keeping in touch with members, both new and old. It provides us with so many more opportunities to record the history of The Aldinga Quilters as a group, and also gives each member a way to share their memories and thoughts as well as useful information and ideas.
Group activities such as workshops, outings, exhibitions and displays can be discussed and wonderful memories documented and shared.
You are welcome to add your own quilt photos and to view the photos of other members, a sort of internet show and tell. You might also like to comment on the ideas and photos that other members have added to provide feedback and inspiration (please try to keep it positive).
You might like to mention a new craft shop you've discovered, a link to a great quilting web site or share a recipe you love. We can add new techniques we've learned (when you are sewing your quilt at midnight and you just can't remember the next step, you can check it out here instead of waiting til the morning to ring someone and ask). This is also a great place to ask questions, you never know who might have the answer to that problem you just can't solve.
